Monthly in advance for retainers (traffic, social, reviews, DR). One-off invoicing for domain purchases and content drops. Net-7 terms.
For most services: no. A one-time setup fee (€500–€2,500) applies to Social Media and Ahrefs DR to cover profile build and infrastructure. Disclosed in the proposal before you sign.
If a deliverable fails agreed KPIs within the agreed window, we replace or refund — your choice. Undelivered scope is refunded pro-rata on termination. Terms are in every proposal.
Monthly billing is standard. Social Media has a 12-month commitment (billed monthly) because of the ramp curve. All other services run month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Similarweb rank and GA sessions: 7–14 days. Reviews: 10 days. LinkedIn employees: 5 days. Domain hand-off: 48 hours. Blog content: 7 days from brief. All timelines have a written SLA in the proposal.

30 days' written notice to pause or cancel. Resume within 6 months without a re-onboarding fee. We never force retainer creep.
We monitor every asset we ship. If a LinkedIn profile, review or domain gets flagged, we replace it at our cost within 72 hours. If we can't replace, we refund that unit pro-rata.
